Welcome to the Danielle London Boutique!
The Danielle London Boutique has previously carried iPhone, iPod, & iPad Cases, E-Reader, Nook & Kindle Cases, MP3 Player & Tablet Computer Cases, Purses, Magnets, Christmas Ornaments & more food themed items handcrafted from eco felt. If you have made your way to this page looking for those items, I apologize but they have been retired. Please see my blog for more on that. I'm currently working on taking the shop in a new direction, so stay tuned! :)
Bringing color and happiness to the daily monotony, "Art 'Take Out' for your everyday life!"
Artists have an insatiable drive to create. It doesn't matter how or with what materials; they must create. This has been the story of my life. My Etsy journey began with this. I was too busy and too tired with my day job in an office to have the energy to paint. So I started making felt items on the bus, in phone meetings at work, while waiting for doctors, watching tv, etc. One thing led to another and I started my Felt Bakery shop on Etsy. I have only wanted to be an artist since I was old enough to hold a crayon. Somewhere along the way I got a little lost and ended up in a professional office job which has slowed me down on that journey. I love color and have been obsessed with food for the last few years due to health conditions that prevent me from eating tasty treats. I am a self taught artist in most mediums and I have been trained traditionally in textile arts. Over the years I have participated in competitions and won awards along the way. I must add though: I hate competeing, I find it nerve wracking. I have studied at the Atlanta College of Art, Georgia State University, Arizona State University and Sorbonne University in Paris along with sketching my way through France and the British Isles. I earned my Bachelors’ degree of Fine Arts with honors from Arizona State University. I then spent almost a decade in Hawaii appreciating and being inspired by the beauty of the islands. While I've worked in almost every media over the years, my love resides in oil painting and working with textiles.
