Payments

I accept payment via PayPal.  Please submit payment promptly after purchase to speed processing time. 

A PayPal account is not required to pay with your Credit Card. 

If your payment is not received within 3 days of your purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.  If a problem arises while trying to make a payment please let me know.. 
 

Shipping

U.S.A. SHIPPING

* Packages are shipped via USPS First Class unless otherwise stated. 
* Shipping cost INCLUDES tracking. I will send you the tracking number after the item has shipped. 
* Insurance is available at additional charge. Please contact me prior to posting payment and I will send you a revised invoice.

INTERNATIONAL 
* International shipping isn't set up yet.  Please see my etsy shop link at the top of the page if you are located outside of the USA or Canada. 
* Custom Forms will reflect the purchase price and contents. 

LOST PACKAGES 
I will not take responsibility for packages that are lost. I retain receipts of all packages shipped (recording the date and your postal code) as documentation that your package was shipped. 

SHIP TO ADDRESS  
Please note that by default, I will ship to the address registered with PayPal.  Please let me know if the item needs to shipped to a different location. 

HOLIDAY CUT OFF DATES 
Please see the purchase dates below to receive your gifts in time for Christmas.  Please understand that these are based on USPS's calculations and are NOT guarantees.  No refunds will be given for late packages.

International: December 1st 
Continental USA: December 11th

Please contact me as soon as possible with any concerns about your order. Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed but may be granted depending on the circumstances. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
